The results for the PLAB 1 examination held in May 2024 have been officially released on 4th July. The GMC will send an email to access your results in the ‘My Tests’ section of GMC online. Please note that results cannot be provided over the phone, by fax, or in person.

Exam and result dates for upcoming PLAB 1 tests

 The PLAB 1 exam is conducted four times a year. There are sittings in February, May, August, and November. The test is held both in the UK and in a number of overseas locations. Eligible candidates can view the current availability by registering for a GMC online account and logging into the PLAB booking service.

• Exam date: 23 May 2024 – Result date: 4 July 2024 by 4 pm
• Exam date: 8 August 2024 – Result date: 19 September 2024 by 4 pm
• Exam date: 7 November 2024 – Result date: 19 December 2024 by 4 pm
• Exam date: 20 February 2025 – Result date: 3 April 2025 by 4 pm
