The Professional and Linguistic Assessments Board (PLAB) test is conducted by the General Medical Council (GMC) , UK. Steps to book for PLAB 1 Exam

Create a GMC account: After ensuring your eligibility, the next step is to create a GMC online account. All exam-related information will be communicated through this account, so it’s important to create one.

Add your IELTS/OET results: Once you have a GMC account, add your IELTS/OET results in the “My tests” section.

Add necessary details: It’s time for aspirants to apply for the PLAB exam by providing the necessary details. These include personal information, GMC reference number, medical degree information, and employment details. Make sure you choose the correct location/city and the correct date while booking.

Pay through the portal: Pay through the portal using a credit card and wait for a confirmation. Ensure that your card is capable of foreign currency transactions.

Booking confirmation: The candidate will receive confirmation of their eligibility to take the PLAB exam. Make sure your name, GMC reference number, dates, and test location are correct.

Once you qualify for the exam, you can apply for GMC registration to practice medicine in the UK.
